We have negotiated special workshop rates at several hotels, all of which are
within walking distance from Vanderbilt Campus. Reservations should be made by calling the hotels directly. In order to get these low prices, reservations have to be made sufficiently in advance (the exact cutoff dates will be announced soon). We strongly suggest that you make reservations as soon as possible since the number of rooms blocked in each hotel is limited. (Note that the rates below do not include a 14.25% hotel tax.)
