or (800) 223-4990 (prices start at $116). Alternatively, you may want to check out some of the hotels at www.sanantonio.com/hotels/ or some other online resources, such as travelocity.com, priceline.com, orbitz.com, hotels.com, etc.
The conference will take place in the Historic Menger Hotel. We have reserved a block of rooms at a special conference rate. Since the hotel (and all hotels in San Antonio) will be very full at the time of the meeting, we have also blocked some rooms in the Crockett hotel, which is across the street. Both hotels are adjacent to the historic Alamo and the famous riverwalk. We urge you to stay in one of these two hotels during the conference, both for your convenience, and to help us keep the cost of the meeting rooms as low as possible. We also highly recommend that you make reservations as early as possible since the number of rooms blocked in these hotels is limited. Note that both hotels have cutoff dates for receiving the conference rates. Also note that you cannot get our group rate on these hotels using the hotels' websites -- you must fax or call them and ask for the Vanderbilt rate. |
